What a bedroom usually needs
A wardrobe reaching the ceiling instead of a 220 cm one adds a whole level of storage and settles the question of dust on the top. The upper doors are made separately, so you do not swing a two-metre door open every time you need a t-shirt.
A bed with a lifting base gives a storage box the size of the bed itself, which is the largest storage in the room. The difference from drawers is simple: drawers need a walkway along the side, a lifting base needs only the front. In a narrow bedroom that settles it.
When the wardrobe, the chest and the bed frame come from the same material and the same production run, the room does not end up a patchwork of three different whites. That is the most common reason a bedroom is ordered as a set rather than added to piece by piece.
What the set consists of
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobe
Height taken from the room itself, not from a standard range. The upper section gets its own doors.
Bed
A lifting base or drawers. We build the frame around your mattress rather than choosing a mattress to fit a frame.
Chest of drawers
Drawers on soft-close runners. 40-50 cm deep where the room is narrow and 60 cm will not pass.
Table
A dressing table or a desk, with a socket brought into the top or the side panel if you need one.
The short answers
Is the bed built around the mattress, or the mattress chosen to fit the bed?
Around the mattress. Tell us its size and height and we build the frame so the mattress does not float in the recess and the side rail does not stand half a palm above it.
Can a wardrobe reach an uneven ceiling?
Yes: the wardrobe itself is built 2-3 cm lower, since otherwise it cannot be tilted upright, and the top is closed with a separate scribed fillet. The joint does not show.
Do you make upholstered beds and sofas?
No. We work in cabinet furniture: wardrobes, kitchens, walk-in closets, chests, bed frames. The upholstered part — the mattress, a padded headboard, sofas — is better bought from someone who specialises in it.
