What data we receive through the form

The “Get a quote” form passes on to us only what you stated in it:

• your name;
• your phone number or another contact for getting in touch;
• the type of furniture chosen from the list;
• the approximate dimensions or a comment — if you wrote them;
• photographs of the room or drawings — if you attached them (this field is optional);
• the address of the page the request was sent from.

We do not collect any other data about you separately: no social-media profiles, no browsing history.

What we use it for

• to get in touch with you about your enquiry;
• to calculate the cost and arrange the measurements;
• to carry out the order, if you place one.

This data is not used for mailing lists, advertising messages or offers unrelated to your enquiry.

Who we pass it on to

The data from the form is neither passed on to third parties nor sold. There is one exception, and only where it is needed to carry out your own order: the technical part (the dimensions, the design, the materials) may be passed to a production partner — without your phone number and name, if they are not needed for the making.

How long we keep it

We keep a request until the conversation about it is over; if the order went ahead — for as long as is needed to carry out the order and settle any questions about it. After that the request is deleted.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to be shown exactly what data of yours we hold, to have it corrected or deleted. All it takes is a call to +380 67 498 42 46 — we require neither proof of identity nor any written applications for this.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and is not connected to any user-tracking systems. If we ever do connect analytics, this section will be updated before it starts working.

The terms of cooperation

The production times, the payment terms and the warranty terms are set for each particular order and are fixed when the design is agreed. We deliberately do not write generalised figures here: the time for a kitchen and the time for a hallway differ several times over, and a general phrase on the site would only mislead you.

The quote and the consultation are free. The cost is calculated after the measurements and depends on the dimensions, the materials and the hardware.
